Water based “Synthol” type cosmetic muscle injection product being sold?

Years back I wrote about some Japanese research I read regarding site specific muscle enhancement.  The research involved the injection of a water solution of a gum fiber called carrageenan into the muscles of mice.  The muscles got bigger due to both hyperplasia (increased number of muscle fibers) and hypertrophy (increased size of individual muscle fibers).  In addition to the increase in size the muscles also increased in strength, and remarkably these effects were maintained up to 16 weeks after the injections were ceased.  A copy of the article can be found here http://www.prohormoneforum.com/q-patrick-arnold/35238-carrageenan.html#post615470

It was over 5 years ago that I uncovered that research and wrote about it.  Since then I had pretty much put it out of my mind – that is until last week when I got a letter from a fellow along with a sample vial of a product labeled with the weird name “A Slick Sheen
